Amantani is a charity registered in the UK and Peru, working to expand access to education, training and employment opportunities for indigenous young people in rural Peru.

Eligibility
This Site is offered and made available to users who are 16 years of age or older. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 16. If you are under 16 years old, you should ask a parent or guardian to approve your use of the site.
Donations and Financial Transactions
For donations made through this website, or any other of Amantani's donation channels, you agree to the following terms:

Donation Purpose: Donations received will be used to fulfil Amantani’s institutional purposes, particularly to further its educational programmes and better support programme participants.

Use of Funds and Traceability: The Organization will manage resources transparently and will endeavour to maintain records that identify the donor, the amount or value received, the date, and the purpose and use of the donation.

Lawful Origin: The donor declares that the funds, assets, or resources provided are of lawful origin and do not derive, directly or indirectly, from criminal activities.

Crime Prevention: Amantani will take reasonable measures to prevent its resources from being used for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, finance of terrorist activities, corruption, fraud, or other criminal activities.

Prohibition of Improper Benefits: A donation may not be used to obtain contracts, commercial advantages, favourable decisions, personal benefits, or any other improper advantage for the donor, its affiliates, or third parties.

Donor Identification: Amantani may request additional information or documentation to identify the donor, verify the source of the funds, and conduct any checks it deems necessary, including reviews of sanctions lists, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) lists, and other public sources.

Return of Donations: Amantani may arrange for the return of a donation if it is determined that its origin is unlawful, false information has been provided, or essential previously accepted conditions have been breached.

Refund Policy: Donations are generally considered final and non-refundable. If you believe an error has been made in your donation or an unauthorized charge has occurred, please contact us immediately at info@amantani.org.pe within 30 days of the transaction to request a review.

Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions safely. By donating, you agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of these third-party processors. We are not responsible for any errors or security breaches caused by third-party processors.

Recurring Donations: If you set up a recurring donation schedule, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically at the designated intervals. You can cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at least five business days before the next scheduled payment.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Amantani, its licensors, or other providers of such material. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are permitted to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only.
